Shipping Policy

We are offering worldwide delivery of our products. All products are shipped via reputed National and International courier companies such as DHL, FedEx and other such renowned companies that are completely secured and reliable.

For Domestic Order ( Within India)

E luxe by Elizabeth delivers its product all over India. Order placed will be shipped through domestic courier company or Speed post. Product will be delivered to all Indian Cities within 4 working days. Shipping details will be shared / Emailed to customer once product is shipped.

For International Order (Outside India)

All International orders would be processed and shipping through a reputed International courier or speed post. Product will be delivered within 10 working days to foreign destinations. Courier Company with shipped details will be shared once the product is shipped. If there is any customs duty applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately and the amount will be borne by customer.

Please Note: If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place separate orders.

Refund policy

You are eligible for a Replacement/ Refund only if you receive manufacturing defect product. The products should be in original condition with original tags, folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered. Return once initiated, will be picked up within 5-7 working days. The product without above criteria will not be considered for exchange/ refund. Customer has to raise a return request within two days of order delivery. Customer has to bear the return shipping cost. Shipping charge will not be refunded against any order. Once the replacement is approved, the product will be picked up within 5-7 working days and a new product will be delivered at the time of replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Order once shipped from our place cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it is delivered to you. It will be considered for Exchange. If due to unavoidable circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, your order is not processed or the product is not shipped to you within time, the order shall stand cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded to you and no liability shall be incurred by us.
Customer has to return the product for us to process refund. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Only product price will be refunded which customer paid while purchasing the product.
